Field of Flowers, Carlsbad

My mom, Austin and I went to Carlsbad for the day. My mom with "sick" from work and we went to go see all of the beautiful flowers. It was a great day and there were so many colorful plants EVERY WHERE!

Beach Day with Oma

It is my mom's Spring Break and we invited her to come with us to the beach.

We walked along the pier and got some breakfast a Ruby's. Austin liked looking at all of the people catching fish. Then we took Austin to the water, his first time in the ocean and he loved it!

Our Visit to Washington

Many of you know we are MOVING to Washington! Last weekend Paul and I went there to shop for homes! We had so much fun trying to find the right community and home that fit our needs now as well as our future. We are so excited for this new adventure but we are sad to leave our family and friends. Thank goodness for JetBlue!

While we were there we got in some sightseeing. We went to the Space Needle. Both of us are a little anxious when it comes to heights but once we got up there the views were beautiful!

While we were moving around these cards would come around. These were probably kids being silly. Some asked us where we were from, what we were eating. Even one guy was looking for a date and put his business card out!

No dinner is complete without dessert!
