What were my kids doing while we were gone...

They were loved, entertained, spoiled by their oma while we are gone. When we came back they were happy to see us but when they needed something they went to find oma!
Oma thank you for taking such good care of us while mommy and daddy were gone.
We love you,
Love Austin and Andrew

Maui: Day 6 would be our last :-(

What better way to spend your last day on Maui then a beach day! It was a beautiful day and we soaked up as much as we could!
We are in the shade, after being in Washington for 2 years have left me light skinned then ever so I was a little burned lol

Paul snorkeling

After we showered and went out to dinner with my cousins before we caught the red eye home.

We loved spending time just the two of us again. Sometimes with having kids you forget what that is like. I am glad we got this time to be together and remember why we loved each other so much (not that we needed reminding). I love my husband. He supports me in EVERYTHING I do and loves me, for me! I am glad that we are home now too because I sure did miss those ruggrats!

Maui: Day 5

The Road to Hana - one of the most beautiful roads with some of the best scenery Maui has to offer. Look! I am almost brown again!

We loved hiking and discovering all of the waterfalls along with way.

Coconuts anyone?

Blacksand beach

Another great day with my sweetheart. We ended our day with another 80 minute massage, we are loving every minute of our vacation.

Maui: Day 4

Today we had a lazy beach day filled with sunbathing, relaxing, reading, snorkeling and swimming. My kind of day!

After getting a light snack before we headed back for naps. Good thing we got something to eat because by the time we napped it was from 5 - 8 and woke up too tired to get dinner and we went back to bed. Oh the life of being on vacation!

Maui: Day 3

We woke up early and caught a boat to Molokini. It is a volcano that is mostly submerged by water and makes for great snorkeling. There are only 3 of these in the world.
We also went to different spots to snorkel as well and we saw our friend the turtle. I felt like I was in a scene from Finding Nemo. The ocean is an amazing place!

After a quick nap and showers we headed to one of our favorite restaurants, Dukes! And we made it just in time for another beautiful sunset.

I had twin lobster tails, yumm-o-

Paul had lobster and steak

Afterwards we tried to walk off our meal in Lahinia at Front St. We did some shopping and we saw this guy making some cool tiki's

Maui: Day 2

Easter Sunday: We started our day off at the Grand Wailea for brunch. There was so many different food, we didn't know where to start... Paul was in food heaven and soon to be food coma, hahahaha
After brunch we met up with some of my family who live in Maui, it was nice to see everyone.

After a short nap on the beach we snorkeled, and we found some turtles. It is so neat to see these creatures so close up.

Maui: Day 1

In order to help me cope with turning 30 we decided that what better way to celebrate then celebrating in Maui!

Paul and I on our way...Maui here we come!

Our sweet ride for the week, our Kia Soul

Open Wide!

Our dentist office is pretty cool, the kids had a blast playing with all their toys. Austin got to wear some cool sunglasses to protect his eyes during his check-up
He passed with flying colors.

Although this guy wasn't very impressed having everyone poke around in his mouth, although he past with flying colors as well.

Guess what!!!

Austin's 3rd Birthday Extravaganza!

We kicked off our birthday celebration weekend by having dinner at BJ's pizza for some pizza and pazookie! Then we were off to the airport to pick up my mom and sister who were here for the weekend. It's so good!
The kids were in heaven with their oma here
